Do I have to post on social media or leave a review to get the bonuses?
No. The bonuses are not conditional on a post or on a review. Adding your receipt in the form is the only step, and nothing else is asked of you. A review is an ask, never a condition, and your bonuses are yours either way.
Does it matter where I bought the book?
No. Any retailer qualifies, and so does the eBook. Amazon, another bookshop or this website: add the receipt from wherever you bought your copy, and the same bonuses arrive by email. A physical receipt and a digital receipt both count.
