I am Reham Nasr, Developer of the Remote Control System™ and Founder of Transform You Now.

Since 1998 I've worked in the space where pressure meets behaviour, giving capable people language for the moment pressure starts deciding for them.

The question I have been asking since 1998

Why do capable, values-driven people act against their own judgement under pressure?

I was doing it and so were my clients. The calm professional saying yes while my calendar was already saying no. For a long time I assumed the answer was willpower. However, the problem was never effort. It was timing.

Everything I had learned, trained in and been certified in arrived after the moment had already gone. The advice was never wrong. It was late.

So I built a framework for the Moment, the Handover, the Gap and the Return.

Seeking to answer that question:

  • ·Deliver B2B and B2C strategic consulting, training and facilitation since 2000.
  • ·Coaching since 1998. CTI certified Co-Active Coach. ICF credentialled coach, 2020 to 2024. NLI certified Brain-Based Coach, and certified in several other coaching approaches.
  • ·Qualified as a mediator, and as a restorative justice trainer and facilitator.
  • ·Earned a Master of Science (Hons) in Conflict Analysis and Resolution.

None of it arrived in time for the moment itself. That is the reason the Remote Control System™ exists.
